**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Entry:**
– Accurately enter customer inquiries into our database, including names, emails, and phone numbers.
– Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. **Social Media Management:**
– Create and schedule engaging posts on the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
– Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments and messages promptly.
– Assist in developing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

3. **Customer Follow-Up:**
– Follow up with customers to nurture and maintain positive relationships.
– Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
– Assist in resolving any customer issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
– Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
