Key Responsibilities:
• Word Press: An understanding and experience with WordPress and creating compelling landing pagesand content that captures our audience’s attention. While editing skills are a plus, your primary role will be to oversee the content’s quality and ensure it aligns with our brand’s vision.
• Administrative Excellence: Beyond content, you’ll provide administrative support to our executive team, managing schedules, correspondence, and projects with precision and care.
• Skills. Google sheet and excel with advanced spreadsheet management, digital publishing, and CRM software proficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in administrative roles, content creation, and management. Prior experience in the travel industry is a bonus.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Mailchimp, digital publishing platforms (e.g., Flipsnack), and video editing software.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and software, adapting to changes and new challenges with ease.
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in every task, from data management to content creation.
• Experience: Proven track record of creating and managing content on platforms like YouTube. Video editing skills are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, and digital publishing tools. Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not a requirement.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, and proficiency in managing and analyzing data using advanced spreadsheet functions. A quick learner who can easily adapt to new software and technologies.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Background-in luxury travel and/or travel background is a plus. Have had travel experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Experience with YouTube content management and video editing.
• Strong administrative background, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the travel industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.
