The Academy of Hope, founded by renowned motivational speaker and business consultant Andre Norman, is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant. This role is at the heart of our mission to inspire and equip businesses and individuals, through motivational speaking, business consulting, and content creation.

As our Virtual Executive Assistant, you will serve as a vital support to our Chief of Staff and Founder, playing a key role in our transformative work. This is a challenging position, but the lives we touch and the changes we bring about make every bit of hard work well worth it.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial positions

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, docs, drive and office management software

Proficient in QuickBooks

Proficient in using tools like Hubspot, asana, zapier, gohighlevel

Proficiency in English

Exemplary planning, follow up and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

High level verbal and written communications skills

Discretion and confidentiality

Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize AI

Have extreme attention to detail (you were the kind of person to correct your teacher in school – we get it, and we support it)

Exhibit almost obsessive organizational abilities (you color code your priorities, but you also probably color code those color codes)

Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines (24-hour deadline with a to-do list a mile long?)

Job Duties:

Support the Chief of Staff and Founder in daily tasks and business ventures

Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Organize and maintain the calendar and schedule appointments

Create systems and procedures to manage content

Assist in managing and organizing content

Develop and maintain a filing system

Make travel arrangements

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Create company forms and documents

Create PowerPoint presentations

Draft and send invoices

Draft and send contracts

Create intake forms

Post to social media channels

Engage with followers

Create weekly analytics report

Creative lead generation (MUST THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX)
