Job Description

Abundance Therapy Center is a mental health practice in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who works closely with the CEO and Operations Director. Must be able to work 30-40 hours/week, Pacific Time.

Executive Assistant provides administrative assistance, performs some accounting duties as needed, manages the CEO’s calendar, organizes meetings, and uses various software programs to assist with the running of the Practice. The Executive Assistant handles clerical tasks and prioritizes correspondence, allowing the CEO to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities. The Executive Assistant serves as a link between the executive and the rest of the Practice, contributes to better organization and planning, and helps the CEO be more effective in his role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Managing the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Managing social media accounts, creating content on Canva
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects
• Making purchases as necessary for the practice
• Other administrative duties as needed
