**About us**
Clay Bootcamp is a comprehensive 6-week program that teaches agency owners how to use and find+serve clients with it.

We are growing crazy fast (up 3x in the past month). Building new systems weekly with opportunities to learn and grow daily!

We have an awesome team of high performers that LOVE what they do. Our team is currently made up of 3 FTEs and 4 contractors.

Context on Clay: Clay is the future of outbound sales automation, helping sales teams create strikingly relevant custom emails at scale, leveraging AI and dozens of data providers. Clay Bootcamp is positioned at the center of this growth, training and educating users so that to be successful with the tool.

Clay experience is not necessary for this role 🙂

**The role**
The team currently is all specialists and in this hire, we’re looking for a smart, resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented generalist who can quickly take a variety of tasks off the plate of other members of the team and turn them around quickly–an important part of making the team successful.

We’re looking for a very talented Virtual Admin who can support our rapidly growing team of specialists; you’ll be the “super glue” that holds everything together–ensuring critical general tasks get executed so the machine runs smoothly.
We’ll expect you to quickly move the little details forward as a starting point, helping with internal implementation, and research, among other tasks. However, this job has opportunities for advancement into other areas of the business as you grow and demonstrate your abilities.

**What are your responsibilities**
– Tackle a variety of projects in marketing, automation, research, etc., and excel in them.
– Quickly learn and adapt to new tools such as Zapier, ClickUp, and others.
– Manage internal communication primarily via Slack.
– Undertake research tasks and effectively present findings in spreadsheets.
– Deliver prompt turnaround on projects, aiming for completion within minutes or hours, not days.
– Basic accounting work

**Who are we looking for**
– Resourcefulness; can figure out / overcome difficult problems
– Intelligence / Problem-solving ability / rapid learning
– Demonstrated ability to deeply learn technical tools (e.g. ClickUp, Zapier)
– Ability to stay on top of many things (proactive, organized, detail-oriented)
– Interpersonal skills and a good attitude
– Love for learning/growth mindset
– Demonstrated success at past work (we will check references!!!)
