Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant / Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the CEO/Founder.
This role is critical in supporting strategic development efforts by managing day-to-day tasks, including inbox and calendar management, in order to ensure our CEO can focus on high-level strategy and execution. Additionally, the role includes assisting with marketing initiatives, particularly in social media and content development for the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Youtube.

The candidate will work closely with our media buying team on organic social efforts and assist in content creation, both written and video, potentially coordinating with video editors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage the executive’s inbox and calendar, ensuring efficient time management and organization. Handle daily tasks and coordination to enable focus on strategic initiatives.
• Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by helping develop content for our website and social media. Collaborate with the media buying team for organic social media efforts and assist in the creation of written and video content.
• Project Coordination: Work on various projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners on behalf of CEO to ensure timely and successful execution of projects tasked to the various teams.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, facilitating communication and coordination to maintain organizational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management and customer experience.
• Proficiency in Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM and project management tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience with social media platforms.
• Ability to coordinate and manage content creation processes, including working with editors and content creators as well as potentially editing content.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with a diverse team and managing external relationships effectively.
