Position Overview: As an Administrative and Client Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will include light administrative tasks, compiling lists for sales outreach, managing email communication, creating graphics for emails and cards, utilizing CRM systems, and providing exceptional client care.
Responsibilities:
Compile lists of potential leads for our sales team based on provided criteria.
Manage email outreach campaigns, including sending initial emails and follow-up communications.
Utilize provided scripts and templates for email communication.
Develop monthly reports and distribute them to clients, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate mailing campaigns, including sending mailing cards to clients and prospects.
Create welcome cards for new clients and birthday cards using provided templates and graphics.
Assist with past-due invoice follow-up via email.
Provide graphic design support for email content, including creating graphics and adding images.
Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and interactions.
Send end-of-week reports detailing hours worked and completed tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and engaging emails.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and software for creating email graphics and card designs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in managing client relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Prior experience in client care or customer service roles is a plus.
Availability for occasional meetings during business hours in US timezone.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools for remote work.
