Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to owner as a personal assistant, including managing emails, calendars, and handling phone calls professionally.
Prepare and manage documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
Manage Bookkeeping for the business with assistance of book keeping software
Manage Social Media posts for the business
Property Management
Conduct market research and assist in property analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate and manage appointments, showings, and open houses, ensuring all necessary parties are informed.
Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating reports using advanced Excel skills.
Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and integrity.
Act as a liaison between the real estate team and clients, ensuring proper and effective communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining utmost accuracy.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, G Suite, and project management software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a propensity for maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software or platforms as required.
Familiarity with real estate terminologies and practices will be an added advantage.
Working Hours and Compensation:
This is a flexible remote position requiring an average of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours based on business needs. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
