Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a role with a lot of variety? Global Teams is looking for a Full-Time Support Specialist to assist with a range of tasks and support our directors, including email and calendar management, client interactions, and sales support.

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the directors of the business and supporting various functions. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
-Email Management
Handle and organize email communications efficiently.

-Calendar Management
Coordinate and manage schedules for the directors.

-Client Interaction
Communicate with clients and potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

-Appointment Setting
Answer the global team’s phone, call clients to organize appointments, and set up sales meetings.

-CRM Management
Update and maintain the CRM system.

-Sales Support
Assist Carmen in setting appointments for sales meetings and follow-up tasks.

-Administrative Support
Handle various administrative tasks, including sending documents and managing personal errands for the directors.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email and calendar management tools.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently.
Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave
