Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisitions Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing the vetting, hiring, and training process within our organization. This role will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while aligning with the company’s goals and values. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to meet the organization’s needs.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications and fit with client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from initial contact through offer negotiation, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their recruitment skills and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires to the organization
• Conduct training assessment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling roles across various levels and functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Can work with minimal supervision during US time zones.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Friendly and have a professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Work Schedule: US time zone. 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also off on company holidays.
