Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Executive Admin with Finance and Accounting skills in Asset Management to help us with administrative duties and finance-related tasks. You will be responsible for creating finance-related systems and processes. Please do not apply if you don’t have the required skills.

What does the role require?
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
• Familiar with Asana
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (Microsoft platform, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Forms)
• Has experience with calendar management and scheduling (e.g.: Google Calendar & Calendly)
• Knowledge of email and file management
• A stable primary internet connection and a backup internet connection

Experience in Accounting and Financial Role:
• At least 6 months of work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or similar role in Asset Management
• A bookkeeper Certificate for any online course is a must.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks or Xero.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures (both US and local)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
•With background in US tax law
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Experience in Underwriting is a plus factor!

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualities:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Friendly and have a professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing Speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

RESPONSIBILITIES are (but not limited to):
• Document admin procedures and create spreadsheets
•Prepares financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts
•Prepare balance sheets
•Track and reconcile bank statements
•Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
•Process tax payments
•Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
•Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
•Provide administrative support during budget preparation
•Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
• General admin tasks
• Create and streamline SOPs or process guides.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
