Job Description:
We are hiring a Full-Time Executive Admin with Marketing Skills to help us with administrative duties and marketing-related tasks. You will assist with daily digital marketing-related tasks like Email marketing, SEO, Content creation, Social media marketing, and much more. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our company goals. Please do not apply if you don’t have the required skills.

What does the role require?
• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Assistant role
• Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of social media landscape and latest marketing trends
• Strong grasp of digital marketing practices and methodologies
• Proficiency with web analytics software, such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Proficiency/knowledge in using any of the following: Manychat, Content Studio, Buffer, Mailchimp, Engagebay, Zoho, or Hootsuite
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft, Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Canva platforms.
• A stable primary internet connection and a backup internet connection

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualities:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as a team member.
• Friendly and have a professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing Speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

RESPONSIBILITIES are (but not limited to):
• Design and implement a marketing strategy to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Creating & managing and promoting Facebook Biz and Fan Pages Groups.
• Managing facebook ads & any marketing-related ChatBots.
• Posting and scheduling posts on social media platforms.
• Managing LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter.
• Create Images & banners for different platforms (sites, pages, social media accounts, forms).
• Join Relevant LinkedIn Groups.
• Manage and Grow social media connections.
• Schedule posts and Track engagement activities.
• Creating and managing a YouTube Account.
• Moderating YouTube Comments.
• Uploading Videos to YouTube and other Video Sharing Sites.
• Document admin procedures and create spreadsheets
• General admin tasks
• Data entry and research
• Attend video calls with the team
• Reply to emails, texts, and chat messages.
• Create and streamline SOPs or process guides.
• Designing Landing Page

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
