FULL TIME WORK FROM HOME: Recruiting Agency Executive Administrative Assistant-

Hello! We’re looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to join our rapidly growing team based in the Philippines. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, has meticulous attention to detail, loves writing and speaking in American English and is up for a challenge. (Oh and is a fun person too) 🙂

You’ll help the business owner free up her time by doing the tasks listed above and also by brainstorming ways to make life easier for her and the team. We want a person who will provide solutions rather than simply take orders for tasks.

A typical day might include taking meeting notes, reviewing job posting ads for quality, reviewing written correspondence/emails for grammar and content, social media management, tracking & reporting, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications:
*Meticulous attention to detail
* Fluent American English verbal and written communication skills
*Advanced experience with MS Office suite
*Critical thinking (i.e. ability to review and understand complex information, and identify the appropriate resolution path)
*Good collaboration skills, positive-upbeat attitude.
*Bachelors Degree (minimum)

Responsibilities:
* Tracking and documenting information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail (Recruiter metrics , Time and Attendance, Performance reviews- accountability tracker, Training tracker, Cost of fill tracker )
* Administrative Support and Special Project Coordinator
* Strong Powerpoint Presentation Creation (Content provided, you will create the PPTX)
* Strong Excel skills and able to prepare reports
* Organizing agendas and meeting minutes as needed
* Preparing reports for leaders, to include graphs and charts (Team Assignments Tracker)
* Providing quality review of work within the team
* Reviewing training & meeting notes and writing/editing summarized recap
* Reviewing Job Ads- daily monitoring
* Creating Canva documents
