Job Description

**Raizen Group LLC** is a Credit Repair and Business Funding company that helps young entrepreneurs start, scale, and grow their businesses. We also help individuals improve their credit scores to over 700 within 30-60 days, enabling them to secure low-interest rates on mortgages, auto loans, and achieve a better quality of life.

**Role Overview:**
– **Commission-Based Earnings:**
– $125 per client for credit repair referrals
– Up to $12,500 per client for business funding referrals
– Commissions on all products and services, including:
– $2,500 mentorship program
– $5,000 VIP day

**Responsibilities:**
– Refer clients to Raizen Group LLC for credit repair and business funding services.
– Identify potential clients and assess their needs.
– Engage with leads and build relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of referrals.
– Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
– Support in rebranding e-books, creating flyers using Canva, sales funnels, and websites.
– Assist in keeping notes for primary tasks and communicate regularly.
– Innovate and think creatively to develop new client acquisition strategies.
– Understand real estate to support our wholesale real estate market:
– Search for properties
– Estimate repairs and after-repair values (ARV)
– Evaluate if properties are good deals
– Search for leads, follow up with them, set appointments, and file information in Google Drive.

**Qualifications:**
– Strong communication and networking skills.
– Experience in digital product creation, credit repair, and sales and marketing.
– Ability to create and manage sales funnels and websites.
– Proficiency with Canva for flyer creation.
– Innovative and creative thinker.
– Understanding of real estate, property evaluation, and wholesale market.
– Availability for regular and consistent communication, including phone calls and WhatsApp.
– Willingness to eventually transition to an Executive Administrative Assistant role and lead a team.
