We are seeking a motivated and committed Marketing Executive Assistant to join our team and assist one of our clients. This role will be primarily focused on Marketing and Administrative related tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able balance long-term projects with recurring day-to-day tasks. Previous experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant is required. This role is entirely remote with opportunities for professional growth and associated pay increases over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative:

– Manage the client’s calendar schedules and email inbox
– Perform accounting-related tasks (e.g., billing, expenses, P&L, etc.)
– Follow up with event organizers and manage the logistics of each speaking event
– Identify and apply for relevant paid speaking opportunities.
– Manage coordinate flights and other travel arrangements.
– Coordinate with colleagues, organizers, and other relevant people of the client for personal and work related events
– Manage 3rd party suppliers of the client.
– Perform AdHoc tasks based on the preference of the client.

Email Marketing:

– Manage email list and database
– Execute email marketing campaigns in accordance with the brand tone and voice of the client
– Create reports and monitor performance through analytics

SEO:

– Undertake research, expansion, and refinement of keywords
– Research and understand the SEO efforts of competitors
– Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building
– Create reports and monitor performance through analytics
– Other SEO related tasks

Website Management:

– Manage the completion of the website project in coordination with a 3rd party supplier for web development services
– Manage and maintain the website’s integrity
– Create reports and monitor performance through analytics

CRM Management:

– Management of leads and database of the client through Google Sheets, Hubstaff, HighLevel, or other platforms

Graphics:

– Design and create digital and printable flyers, business cards, door hangers, and brochures using tools like Canva and other available resources
– Create Brand Kit
– Create email marketing templates
– Assist in the creation of marketing materials for speaking engagements

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills with an eye for small details
– Exceptional ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions quickly
– Experience and confidence with cold calling, particularly a commanding phone presence
– Proficiency with CRM platforms
– Previous experience working as a Marketing Virtual Assistant, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, or Digital Marketing Manager in any industry.

Schedule:

Part time (20 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, EST business hours
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 3-5 USD per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Experience:

Virtual Assistant: 1 years (Preferred)
