Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Client:

We are looking for a dedicated Executive and Marketing VA to join our team. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations and client communications.

Responsibilities:
– Manage invoicing and expense entries.
– Create proposals using Bonsai.
– Manage and update HubSpot and Klaviyo for customer and networking contact emails.
– Develop and manage HubSpot and Klaviyo marketing emails and other automation tasks.
– Maintain a clean business inbox and manage owners’ calendars.
– Route customer communications to relevant parties.
– Write and edit content for blogs, client newsletters, and team newsletters.
– Manage social media inbox like LinkedIn, website chats, and email communications.
– Research grants, contests, speaker opportunities, associations, podcasts, and interview opportunities.
– Conduct keyword research and manage trending hashtags.
– Edit video content for blogs and manage LinkedIn profiles.
– Update and manage tracking spreadsheets related to various operational tasks.
Requirements:
– Seasoned Operations, Executive and Marketing VA or similar role (used to wearing multiple hats).
– 2+ years experience with copy writing and content creation preferred.
– Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-type environment.
– Proficiency with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Quickbooks, Google Suite, Calendly and Bonsai preferred.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
– Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
– $950-$1150 depends on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
– Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
– Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
– Start date: August 12, 2024
