We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-achieving Real Estate Executive involved in commercial brokerage and management. This vital role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, a thorough understanding of the real estate sector, and proficiency in relevant technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative tasks, client relations, project management, and the utilization of real estate technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling, email correspondence, and communications with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage real estate documents, contracts, and listings using industry-specific software.
Conduct market research, analysis, and compile reports with real estate platforms.
Utilize CRM systems for client database management and engagement.
Coordinate and support digital marketing efforts for property listings.

Required Experience:

Solid experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Trulia) and platforms.
Skilled in the use of CRM systems for real estate, Bitrix24 and Podio a plus.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management for real estate.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
