Overview:
Skyhaus Media is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to our video marketing company, assist with project management tasks, handle daily email correspondence, and provide assistance to our nonprofit organization, Open Doors CLT.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage tasks in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly scheduling for team members and client meetings.
• Handle daily email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages.
• Assist with project management tasks using , including updating project statuses and deadlines.
• Conduct market research to stay innovative and ahead of competition, including grant research for Skyhaus Media and Open Doors CLT.
• Assist with client outreach efforts, including sending follow-up emails and scheduling appointments.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and platforms. (/honeybook/slack)
Experience in client communication and outreach is preferred.
Previous experience working with production companies, marketing companies, or city/state government entities is preferred.
Experience with sales and CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
