Experience: 2-4 plus years of Australian Accounting Office Environment (Preferable)
Training: On the job training will be provided
Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm AEST (UTC+10), 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, (Australian, NSW Public Holidays Will Apply)
Location: The candidate will be working from home
Equipment: New equipment will be supplied.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking administration and data management tasks to assist our team members. The ideal candidate has 2-4 plus years of experience with an Australian Accounting Office, and it is preferable to have an intermediate knowledge of administrative procedures using Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and be comfortable using a computer. Excellent written English skills are a must and good verbal English will be highly regarded.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with ATO mail received through ATO Mate and distribution to clients
• Assisting with client queries relating to ATO mail
• Corporate compliance – ASIC – preparing ASIC Annual review information to be sent to clients
• Internal procedure to reconcile costs to client jobs (job costs)
• Sending out newsletters to our clients
• Saving documents and emails from Client Managers/Accountants in client folders
• Updating client custom field details in XPM
• Assisting with Set up of Tax Returns – saving ATO reports in workpapers
• Electronic Filing
• Assisting with the Workflow Scheduling
• Update and maintenance of detailed job procedures
• Any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Senior Client Manager
• Correspondence – both letters and emails
• Collect information for compliance jobs
• Chase missing information after a job has been started
• Collect electronic signatures

Team Work
• Our team members are based in NSW and the Philippines, and you will be able to work with all members of our team.
• You will have good interpersonal skills and be a good communicator

Technical Requirements
• Basic experience in the following software:
Xero accounting
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Training will be provided in the following software:
o Xero Practice Manager (XPM) database and workflow
o ATO portal
o ATO Mate
o Mailchimp
o Send out Cards
o ASIC portal
o Karbon
o BGL360
o Google Sites
o Training on other software provided (as required)

Qualifications and Experience – Preferable But Not Compulsory
• Experience in email writing in an Australian Accounting Office
• Experience in bookkeeping in an Australian Accounting Office
• Experience in ASIC corporate compliance in an Australian Accounting office software
