About the Role
We’re currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support both our CEO and President. This role will be evenly split between supporting both leaders and will involve a diverse range of tasks that will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our growing company.
Responsibilities
For the CEO:
Calendar and email inbox management
Booking meetings and managing follow-ups
Re-engaging with previous contacts and managing sales admin tasks
Overseeing general to-do’s and task management
Assisting with minor social media management tasks
For the President:
Managing basic payroll functions & tracking
Tracking bill payments
Assisting with recruiting efforts including posting jobs and shortlisting candidates
Setting up meetings & interviews
Facilitating and tracking team coaching calls
Managing and recording performance reviews
Assisting with basic calendar management
Managing basic email inbox tasks
Assisting with minor social media management tasks
Requirements
Previous experience as an executive assistant is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
Ability to work remotely in a professional manner
Experience in marketing is a plus but not required
