**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO by handling various administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and event coordination, as well as directly engaging with our clients to ensure they are on track with their respective plans. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our company and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Applicants with Experience in the credit / financial industry will be prioritized. Its not a MUST, but it is a bonus
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage CEO’s emails and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
2. Handle scheduling and calendar management for the CEO, ensuring the efficient organization of meetings, events, and appointments.
3. Assist in planning, coordinating, and ensuring that the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected, acting as a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” for direct access to the CEO’s time.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure they are adhering to their personalized plans, providing gentle reminders and encouragement as needed.
5. Manage communication with clients, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Other administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is required.
2. Proven customer service skills, with an exceptional ability to manage client relationships.
3. Familiarity with the personal and business credit industry is a significant plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
8. Discretion and confidentiality.
