CEO of multiple businesses (Roofing, e-Commerce, & Short term real estate), husband, and father of 2 (Sofia & Gianna) new babies needs a right hand who can and is conformable speaking, acting, thinking, & implementing on my behalf for day to day activities, with more responsibilities/opportunities to come over time. This is NOT a temp position but one where someone can become my Cheif of Staff and that I can trust with ALL my personal information.
A monthly list of other items that I can use assistance on are:
1. Book travel & events
2. Gift buying
3. Birthday wishes (Facebook)
4. Few hours of weekly data entry in google sheets and eventually within QBO
5. Maintain email inbox
6. Back up Google drive/IOS notes monthly
7. Research projects and implementation
8. Calling on random insurance quotes, call banks or credit card companies on disputes, or when establishing new industry contacts as an example
Must haves:
– Must have experience or willing learn how to set up a few automation integrations from multiple platforms via Zapier per month.
– Must be able to take direction and find ways to finish the task the right way the first time. ie. we are currently needing to program a Zapier connection and this will need to be researched, learned, and to experience trial and error until successful.
– Person must have a great English speaking capability
– Have some type of accounting background is a plus
– Spanish speaking is a plus
Hours would be 8am-5pm EST (9pm – 6am Manila)
