We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our team.
we are in the fitness industry so having some understanding of this would be a benefit

The ideal candidate will have a passion for lead generation, Instagram, Canva, and video editing, and possess a strong work ethic with the willing to learn new things.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the company
Conduct market research and assist with lead generation efforts
Manage social media accounts, particularly Instagram, with a focus on engagement and growth
Create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva
Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and other marketing channels
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in lead generation techniques
Strong knowledge of Instagram and experience growing and engaging an audience
Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools
Ability to edit and produce high-quality videos
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Passionate, hard-working, and driven
