The C-Suite Executive Assistant’s Responsibilities:
Email Management
Calendar Management
Meeting/Event Prep & Coordination
CRM Management
Project Management
Social Media Management
Task Management & Data Entry
Booking & Coordinating Travel Arrangements
Managing New Leads & Clients
Proofreading
Light bookkeeping, invoicing, and general finance duties
Required Skills & Achievements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience assisting a C-Suite Executive
1+ year experience being an independent contractor preferred
Some combination of experience that has prepared you for the role
Master juggler who has the ability to dive in and completely own the position
An individual who finds purpose in helping others and managing a large, diverse workload
Experienced in prioritizing tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven individual, who is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Finds value in nurturing the relationship with the executive while being a proactive thinker, not just a task doer
Technology: proficient in Google Suite, Google Meet/Zoom, Excel/Google Doc Spreadsheets, and experience in at least one CRM, like but not limited to, , Sales Force, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.
Must be able to work during reasonable and agreed-upon hours during Pacific Standard Time (PST). Hours of work are flexible and able to accommodate time differences reasonably. Some weekend time may be offered, but negotiation is possible for someone unable to work on the weekends.
