EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY
– Immediate start
– Work-from-Home
– Ongoing Full-time position (40 hours per week; 9:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday); Same time zone as Manila, PH
– Salary: from 230 AUD per week (depending on qualifications and experience)
THE ROLE
The company is looking to employ an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and assist our Chief Operating Officer in the company operations.
Responsibilities include:
– Human Resource Management: Support all HR-related inquiries or requests; oversee the HR processes – recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; process leave requests from staff; and maintain employee files and records
– Preparation of financial and management reports
– Research and organize data
– Manage calendars through coordinating and scheduling meetings
– Accurately records minutes of the meeting
– Process invoices and reimbursements for payment
– Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
– With at least two (2) years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
– Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
– Has excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
– Highly proficient with MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, including utilizing formulas and presenting data effectively
– With exceptional organizational and analytical skills
– Capable of working independently as well as being a collaborative team player.
– Experience in the property development industry would be highly regarded
