Job Description

I am an agency owner creating over 200 ads for brands monthly. The business is moving quickly and my mind races 1000mph most days. My momentum and focus are super sharp right now. However, I forget to take care and keep up with mundane admin work and personal stuff.

I struggle to keep up with personal communication, whether it be paying bills, birthdays etc. I need to continue to be a better brother to my sisters and a better family member all around without falling short on the business and working on income-generating tasks. I need to be able to schedule time out in the cal for family/personal endeavours.

I have invoices such as staff and actors to pay for most months; whilst these take 30-45 minutes to do this is stuff I do not wish to spend time on.

There are people in my network I know whom I should be keeping tabs on communcation with its up to you to ensure the relationship is kept alive! You will need to know my life and bug me as much as you need, as you are technically my second brain.

You must be proactive, not reactive. You have the authority to be proactive & make decisions. It would help if you never approached me with a problem without presenting a solution.

P.S. I’m expecting to get A LOT of applications. So if you’re serious please submit and complete your trial task (below) – Take your time and refrain from using ChatGPT.

One of your tasks is to come up with a client gifting process for our long-term brands. We have brands who if they stay with us after 2-3+ months we gift them to feel part of our brand/ethos.

1. Figure out a system in play so when a client is here with us for a while, they are gifted with almost like a goody box of stuff, a personalised box with gifts.

2. Categorize clients based on their importance and duration of partnership. Prioritize clients who have been with us for more than 90 days.

3. Draft a detailed proposal outlining the client gifting process. Specify what clients receive after 90 days – merchandise, personalized notes, or any other creative ideas. Include packaging suggestions for a luxurious and memorable presentation.

4. Develop a budget for the client gifting program, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s financial planning. Include cost breakdowns for each category of clients.

If you have completed the test task – please include answers in the application with the title ‘ AARON – TT COMPLETE’.

Excited to see your application!
