What we’re looking for:
We need a new Director’s assistant. This is a remote (work from home) position.
A reliable and experienced Director’s Assistant helps with a range of management tasks across client success, onboarding, admin, and reporting.
One primary focus of this position is to manage my email inbox, so you must be an expert at Gmail.
My scheduling and calendar will also need regular management, as well as the occasional travel arrangement, therefore Google calendar experience is required.
Our entire ecosystem communicates through Slack, so you must be rock solid in its use.
You will also be involved in client success – one of the most important functions of our company. Organising gifts, notifying staff of client personal information / milestones / celebrations etc.
I anticipate needing 10-20 hours of assistance per week to start with, before ramping up to full-time, if we are an excellent fit.
