Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Personal High Level Client brand Enhancement & SEO Management:*
– Elevate the CLIENT’s brand image through strategic SEO practices.
– Monitor and maintain a positive and prominent online presence on the first 2 pages of search results.
– Execute reputation management strategies to maintain and upgrade a positive brand image.
2. *Strategic Content Creation & Management:*
– Develop high-quality content for videos, podcasts, and blogs.
– Manage and update the CLIENT’s website and social media platforms regularly.
– Innovate and implement content strategies to drive engagement and revenue.
3. *Administrative & Organizational Support:*
– Manage emails and calendar appointments meticulously.
– Coordinate speaking engagements and personal appearances efficiently.
– Conduct extensive research and prepare documents for review and presentation.
– Conduct thorough note taking on each zoom call (These are USA hours)
4. *Strategic & Analytical Thinking:*
– Assist in new venture developments and revenue-driving projects.
– Analyze market trends and suggest strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
– Maintain follow through w/ past clients, emails, itemized to-do list
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting high-profile individuals.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, MS Excel, and equipped with advanced knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Adept in content creation and social media management.
– Ability to work in different time zones and adapt to fast-paced environments.
– High-speed internet connection and a professional, quiet working environment.
