Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting various business functions. We are a rapidly growing company so there is a lot of room for employee growth, including pay rate and the number of hours per week.

Expenses and Invoicing:
Track and manage expenses
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Follow up on overdue invoices
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Research:
Perform research and compile information as needed for various projects
Order Material:
Order materials and manage vendor communications
Manage Contacts:
Maintain and organize contact lists and databases
Calendar Management:
Manage and coordinate calendars for the team
Sales and Marketing:
Support sales efforts and marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts and create content
Grants and Loans:
Assist in writing and submitting grant and loan applications

Social Media and Graphics:
Design graphics and create promotional materials
Prepare and send out newsletters and other communications
Video Editing:
Edit videos for marketing and social media
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role
Construction knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google drive, chat, sheets, docs)
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Basic graphic design skills
Experience with video editing software is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Fast and reliable internet connection and 64 bit computer
3d CAD experience is a plus
