Job Title: Executive Assistant
Work hours: 30 hours per week
Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (US)
Initial work schedule: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm ET, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $5-6 per hour DOE

Job Overview:
Our recruitment agency is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant to support our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support to executives, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. As an Executive Assistant VA, you will be working on U.S. based hours and expected to communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
This role will be directly reporting to the CEO.
Manage the executive’s calendar and the calendar of clients as we set appointments on a Business Development as a Service Basis, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Manage emails and correspondence for the executive team, including responding to emails on behalf of the executive team as necessary.
Conduct research and provide recommendations to the executive team on various topics, including market trends, new business opportunities, and industry events.
Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, including editing, proofreading, and formatting.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the executive team.
Attend client meetings and follow up tasks without supervision.

Requirements:
At least 2 years and above of experience in Executive Assistance work
Preferably at least 1 year and above experience in Client Success roles
At least 1 year and above of experience in team and project management and client deliverable communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Preferably with B2B experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Self-driven, professional, with excellent communications skills. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is very important.
Preferably with experience on either of the following industries: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Leadership and Development

Working Conditions:
This is a remote, part-time position. You will be expected to work on U.S. based hours and have a reliable internet connection, access to a computer with a webcam and microphone. This is a contractor position, meaning that no benefits are provided. You will report directly to the executive team and work closely with other members of the team.

Salary:
The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
