???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Efficiently manage email correspondence, prioritise messages, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings for the executive team, ensuring accurate communication, timely reminders, and proper documentation.
* Plan and arrange travel logistics for executives, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
* Configure Excel sheets to optimise data organisation and analysis, ensuring accurate data input, implementing formulas, creating templates, and generating reports.
* Utilise Notion, a collaborative workspace tool, to support the executive team in efficiently organising projects, tasks, and documents, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective task management.
* Collaborate with the Director to create compelling video scripts and SEO-optimised copy using Chat GPT, leveraging its capabilities to generate engaging and high-quality content.
* Provide assistance in various marketing and copywriting tasks, including proofreading, editing, creating social media posts, and generating compelling marketing materials to support promotional efforts.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
* Conduct research and gather relevant information on various topics to support decision-making, project planning, and preparation for meetings or presentations.
* Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and proactively follow up on pending matters, ensuring timely completion and effective task management.
* Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including managing correspondence, filing documents, preparing expense reports, and handling ad-hoc requests as needed.
???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to a C-level Executive
* Proficient in email and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook or Google Calendar) to effectively handle schedules, appointments, and correspondence
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointments, travel arrangements, and organising Excel data
* Familiarity with Notion and its features for efficient team collaboration and task management
* Genuine interest and familiarity in leveraging Chat GPT for content creation, including video script development and SEO-optimised copy
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and copywriting techniques to support marketing and copywriting tasks
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
* Demonstrated capability to prioritise and manage tasks with competing deadlines while taking initiative to add value
* Self-motivated and proactive mindset while adaptable to evolving needs and able to work independently
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a history of innovative solutions
