Are you ready to dive into a multifaceted role where no two days are the same? Our vibrant chiropractic office is looking for a versatile assistant to join our team immediately!

We’re looking for someone tech-savvy, enthusiastic about patient communication and project management, and currently residing in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Connect warmly and professionally with prospective and current patients, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Project Management: Spearheaded diverse projects, leveraging tools like Google Sheets and transitioning to Slack for seamless team communication.
Website and Content Management: Contribute to our online presence by assisting in website design and upkeep using user-friendly software.
Marketing Assistance: Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns to expand our patient outreach effectively.
Video Editing: Handle basic video editing tasks to enhance our online content.
Administrative Tasks: Efficiently manage office operations using EHR systems like ACOM Health, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Learning and Growth: Embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth within our collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
Proficiency in EHR systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with design and website-building software.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to start immediately and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in chiropractic, medical billing, medical practice, or the medical administration industry.
Can follow the PST timezone (Monday to Friday).
