Responsibilities
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Email management
– Calendar management
– Research in different areas of different businesses
– Planning and scheduling meetings.
– Recording the meeting notes (if required).
– Researching and organizing data
– Compiling reports.
– Providing complete administrative support.
– Inputting data into the CRM as it becomes available.
– Reviewing and updating information on online portals.
– Create Standard Operating Procedures for all significant operations within the organization.
– Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business, promoting efficiency and productivity.
– Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills
– At least 5 years experience
– Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as TaxDome, GoHigherLevel, Asana, Google Suite, Notion, Zapier, Slack, Zoom, and Loom.
– Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
– Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, Google Suite and so on
• Minimum of 5-10 years of previous Executive level experience reporting to COO/CEO or Senior Leaders.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• Ability to establish priorities, problem-solve, multitask, and work within established procedures;
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data
• Ability to make sound decisions using available information while maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work successfully with staff, volunteers, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner; ability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts, particularly in sensitive situations
• Fast-moving and energetic, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks on deadline with minimal supervision

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
