RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with CEO to manage Social Media accounts and produce content
Client billing
Perform basic accounting and HR duties
Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries
Help with travel arrangements and calendar management
Coordinate speaking engagements and teaching schedules
Help prepare meetings and take detailed notes and minutes
Be responsible for organizing incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails, and memos and report these to the CEO and COO in a timely manner
Take care of office management duties such as ordering, filing systems, and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
Other tasks as they develop or are determined by CEO
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years experience as an executive assistant, or similar experience in support roles (Required)
Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and CRM systems (GoHighLevel)
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
Very detail-oriented and an urgency to do the job right and on time
Highschool diploma required, Bachelors preferred
Proficiency with social media platforms
Bookkeeping skills
Calm under pressure
Learning and service based
Interest in working with fast-moving female entrepreneurs
The Executive Assistant will be the gatekeeper and manager for the CEO and COO. This individual will be responsible for calendar management, email management, travel arrangements, human resource tasks, client billing, and personal tasks as needed.
