This position offers abundant opportunities for professional and financial growth. I firmly believe in fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment and am committed to treating my team with respect and generosity. I am looking forward to building a long-term partnership with someone who is as dedicated to their role as I am to ensuring their success and well-being in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

– Email Management: Manage and handle email correspondence, ensuring efficient organization and prioritization.
– Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email or phone with professionalism.
– Schedule Coordination: Oversee my calendar, including arranging meetings and events.

– Appointment Setting and Sales Calls: Proactively schedule and manage appointments, and conduct outbound sales calls, including both cold and warm leads, to expand business opportunities.

Necessary Skills and Requirements:

– Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong emphasis on grammar and punctuation.
– Customer Interaction: Comfortable engaging with customers or prospects via email and sometimes over the phone.
– Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in or willingness to learn appointment setting and occasionally conducting outbound sales calls. Comfortable with both cold and warm outreach to potential clients.
– Timezone Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the New York timezone for a few hours each day. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate real-time and asynchronous tasks.
– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GSuite, Notion, Google Sheets, and similar tools is essential.

Desirable Additional Skills: Experience in sales, marketing, copywriting, SEO, or web design will be highly valued. Candidates are encouraged to highlight any such skills or relevant experiences in their application.

Applicants who do not follow these directions carefully will not be considered: Please include the word “DashFox” in the middle of your response to indicate that you have read the entire job description. Please keep your response brief. It must be fewer than 150 words. Significant grammar, punctuation or formatting errors will be disqualifying. Lastly, please record a brief video responding to this specific posting. It should introduce yourself and explain why you think you would be a good fit for this position. Thirty to sixty seconds is plenty. Loom is best but another service works as well. Please do not simply send a video you have already pre-recorded. Please include the link to the video at the end of your message.

Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you.
