We are seeking a dynamic and proactive General Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. As a General VA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by handling a diverse range of responsibilities including research, administrative duties, appointment setting, travel booking, event coordination, email correspondence, and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct research on various topics, including processes of specific government agencies in the Philippines.
– Assist in administrative tasks such as file management, document organization, and data entry.
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
– Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
– Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
– Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Maintain basic bookkeeping records, including expense tracking and invoice management.
– Manage Social Media Accounts
– Work directly with executives, including the CEO, to provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of their responsibilities.
– Other relevant tasks

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
– Prior experience in research and administrative tasks related to government agencies in the Philippines is preferred but not required.
– Must be willing to travel if necessary for events.
– Must be located in Metro Manila.
