I am currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist me with project management for both my clients and employees. Initially, this will be a part-time position, but I am looking for someone with whom I can establish a long-term working relationship. I have plans to launch my own agency, hopefully next year, which will result in a busier workload. If the workload increases significantly, this position may evolve into a full-time commitment.
I am specifically seeking an individual who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently. My ultimate goal in hiring for this role is to entrust you with the management of my clients and employees. As a freelancer with over 7 years of design experience, I prefer someone who possesses a knack for design. In the future, I may require you to review my employees’ work before submitting it to clients, although this will be temporary until I have a Creative Lead on board. Additionally, you will be responsible for the hiring process and screening of applicants, including conducting interviews.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, I will be introducing additional steps in the application process to filter candidates who carefully follow instructions rather than sending generic cover letters.
