Job Title: Business Operations Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 9 hours/day, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
Salary: $700/month
Job Description:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in bookkeeping, and a knack for organization and attention to detail. Additionally, experience in sales lead generation and accounts receivable management will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform data entry tasks related to expenses, invoices, and payments.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.
Communication:
Engage in effective communication via email, text, and phone calls.
Liaise with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Scheduling:
Set up and schedule meetings, both internally and externally.
Coordinate calendars and manage appointments efficiently.
Sales Lead Generation:
Identify and generate potential sales leads through research and outreach.
Maintain a database of leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.
Accounts Receivable Management:
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Work with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Website Management:
Update website content as necessary.
Familiarity with website software and the ability to make necessary updates.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records.
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Proficiency in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Familiarity with website management and software updates is a plus.
Experience in sales lead generation and accounts receivable management preferred.
