Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
– Efficiently manage and coordinate Michael Turner’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication:
– Facilitate communication between Michael Turner and internal/external stakeholders.
– Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of Mr. Turner.
3. Business Development:
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
– Assist in the development and execution of business strategies.
4. Interviewing and Hiring:
– Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
– Assist in the hiring process by conducting initial screenings and maintaining candidate records.
5. Cold Calling and Marketing:
– Engage in cold calling activities to explore new business prospects.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
6. Real Estate Investing:
– Support real estate investment initiatives, including property research and due diligence.
– Assist in managing real estate transactions and relationships with relevant stakeholders.
7. Fundraising:
– Collaborate with Michael Turner on fundraising initiatives.
– Maintain relationships with investors and potential partners.
8. Mortgage Loan Originations:
– Assist in the origination and processing of mortgage loans.
– Liaise with financial institutions and clients to ensure smooth loan transactions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of finance-related activities, including real estate investing and mortgage loan originations.
