Executive Assistant

I am looking for a blended personal / business virtual assistant for my and my company. I am based in San Francisco, California (on PST) hours and this role is expected to be 8 hours per day around those hours (+/3).

# Background
– GP Flow, an investor management platform for real estate sponsors
– We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) Team Lead based in the Philippines
– The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in data entry, organization, planning, and using advanced tools such as ChatGPT
– This role is anticipated to grow into a leadership position for overseeing other VAs.

# Key Responsibilities:
– Data Entry: Input and manage data related to GP Flow’s operations.
– Managing accounts Payable and Receivable and credit card payments
– Meeting & Event Organization: Schedule and plan meetings, events, and flights.
– Liaise with Freelancers: Request and review work proposals from various freelancers.
– Digital Content Management: Post content on YouTube and other social media platforms
– Digital Content production: proof read content and oversea the production of media on Canva
– Personal Admin Tasks: Discover and recommend restaurants., Find babysitters or other personal needs.
– Platform Management: Oversee the company’s website and manage content.

# Communication:
– Fluent in written and verbal English.
– Comfortable on video (we use Loom heavily and you’ll be expected to communicate over loom)
– Proficient in Excel.
– Track and manage a significant amount of data.
– Leadership: Potential to lead and guide other VAs in the future.

# Requirements:
– Full-time commitment
– Private office space (we expect your work environment to be professional with good lighting and camera equipment)
– Strong organizational skills
– Expert in Google Spreadsheets, Slides and Docs
– Sense of humour
– Clear personal goals
– Knowledge of and experience with ChatGPT.
– Ability to lead and manage teams in the future.
