Job Description

We’re a forward-thinking SaaS company seeking an extraordinary Executive Assistant to support our CEO. Drawing inspiration from the concept of ‘buying back time’, this role is pivotal in enhancing the CEO’s productivity and efficiency.

Working hours will be United States Day Shift Hours and will be the hours needed to support the CEO

The Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the cornerstone of the CEO’s day-to-day efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, attending meetings, ensuring the CEO is prepared and punctual, and liaising with team members to prevent any oversights. You’ll also step in for the CEO as needed. This role demands excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and an adeptness in time management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule.
– Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and manage follow-ups.
– Liaise with team members to ensure smooth task handovers.
– Stand in for the CEO in their absence.
– Maintain high-level English communication skills (audio sample required).
– Apply principles from ‘Buy Back More Time’ in various business contexts.

Requirements:
– Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
– Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Office 365 Suite and Microsoft Teams.
– Ability to handle both high-level and technical discussions effectively.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
