WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We need a personal Virtual assistant who will be able to take tasks off the plate of our Founder and CEO and maximize the efficiency of her time.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
– Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
– Have a broad set of skills and are willing to learn: The position will involve a big variety of tasks that will require you to learn different apps, methods and systems. You should be excited about acquiring new skills, speaking with new people, and exploring new applications.
– Detail oriented: Devil is in the details. You should have a habit of double checking your work to make sure that there are no mistakes or possible problems once the task is completed. You like to organize and have great follow through.
TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a Virtual Assistant your tasks will include:
Day-to-day real estate management: Manage Airbnbs, pay small bills, keep organized, schedule repairs, troubleshoot problems, making calls
Personal assistant tasks: manage my inbox, create and schedule social media posts based on my content, manage my calendar, do paperwork, schedule meetings
Managing and creating processes: working with CRM systems, managing lead intake, creating SOP and systems
Technical skills are a plus!
To complete these tasks you should be familiar with the following apps:
Google workspace, specifically: Gmail, Gdrive, Google Spreadsheets
Squarespace
AI tools like ChatGPT, , Midjourney

SUCCESSFUL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT PERSONALITY PROFILE
You’re an excellent problem solver and enjoy doing that. You’re proactive and responsible. If you see that something can be done more efficiently – you come forward with a solution. You don’t bring problems to the table without researching the solution first. You’re an effective task and time manager. You know how to adjust your priorities, so that important stuff is getting done first. You’re good with money, budgeting and keeping records. Your communication is clear, direct and most importantly – fast. You’re ambitious!
MAKE SURE YOU’RE COMFORTABLE WITH
• This is a remote position. You must be prepared and experienced with working from home and have access to a stable internet connection and quiet place to take calls.
• All roles are contract based (1099).
