**Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Executive Assistant**

**Location**: Remote

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Virtual Executive Assistant to support various administrative and creative tasks for our AI Business Intelligence startup. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a versatile skill set that includes administrative support, graphic design, digital marketing, proficiency in spreadsheets, and assisting with project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. Meeting Management:
– Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
– Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
– Follow up on action items from meetings.

2. Document and File Management:
– Organize digital files for easy access and retrieval.
– Assist in creating and managing spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

3. Email and Online Marketing:
– Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
– Maintain and update email lists.
– Monitor and report on email campaign performance.

4. Graphic Design:
– Create engaging graphics for various digital platforms.
– Assist in the design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

5. Expertise in Spreadsheets:
– Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis, budgeting, and report generation.
– Create and maintain complex spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
– Utilize advanced features and formulas for efficient data management and analysis.

6. Project Management Assistance:
– Assist in planning, executing, and tracking progress of various projects.
– Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Provide administrative support in project documentation, reporting, and resource allocation.

7. General Administrative Tasks:
– Assist with data entry and database management.
– Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, etc.
– Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

– Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of virtual office management systems and procedures.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, Google suite, graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
– Proficiency with email marketing tools and Google Sheets.
– Experience in project management or a related field is highly beneficial.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
– High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– A proactive and flexible approach to work.
– Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
