In this specific opportunity, we’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Pressure Washing company.
You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with him to support the various needs of his company.

As an Executive Assistant in this role, your responsibilities will include:
It should be expected that your responsibilities will grow and expand over time
– Handling All Service Requests: Efficiently handle incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients and prospects.
– Quotation Management: Prepare and dispatch detailed quotes for services, using thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings to tailor proposals to client needs.
-Sales Calls and Prospect Follow-up: Actively engage in sales calls to discuss services and benefits. Follow up diligently with prospects to close sales and encourage repeat business.
– Scheduling and Routing: Coordinate job scheduling and routing for optimal resource allocation, enhancing operational efficiency.
– Project Management: Manage client callbacks and oversee certain aspects of production to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
– Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into business operations and identify areas for improvement.
– Social Media and Graphic Design: Develop and post engaging content on social media platforms, utilizing graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials that enhance online presence.
– Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in essential software tools such as Housecall Pro, Google Suite, Notion and other relevant applications to support sales and administrative functions.
– Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
Qualifications:
– Highly ethical
– Experience as an Executive Assistant or related Administrative roles
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– What is required to be successful as an Executive Assistant with SuperTalent Clients?
– Must provide own device for training and development
– Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
– Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
– Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
– Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
– Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
– 10 Mbps minimum internet connection
– Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
– Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) during client working hours (US-based client; evening/night in Philippines)
– Experience with Google Sheets
– Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office and productivity/project management tools
– Experience with Notion
– Preferred Experience with Housecall Pro
– Experience with Canva for graphic design
– Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
– Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
