About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile Recruiting and Executive Assistant who will be instrumental in both identifying job opportunities for remote sales reps and appointment setters and providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This dual role requires proficiency in navigating social media for recruitment purposes and exceptional organizational skills for executive support, particularly within the online coaching and agency sectors.

Responsibilities:

– Recruiting:
– Conduct daily searches on Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media platforms to locate job openings for remote sales representatives and appointment setters.
– Maintain an up-to-date and detailed database of job opportunities.
– Provide daily reports on new leads and status updates of ongoing leads.
– Regularly communicate with the team to ensure alignment and discuss potential leads.

– Executive Support:

– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for the executive team.
– Handle correspondence and prioritize emails to ensure timely responses.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentation materials, and reports.
– Assist with project management and follow-up on project outcomes.
– Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact between executives and other parties.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role; familiarity with the coaching or agency industries preferred.
– Strong proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Instagram, for professional recruitment.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage time effectively across various responsibilities.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
