Job Title: Business Development Assistant
Job Type: Full-time; Hourly
Location: Remote
Reports to: Director of Business Development

Overview: The Business Development Assistant role has a great impact on the success of the business development department. This role is responsible for ensuring administrative functions within the department are handled quickly and efficiently, while maintaining impactful relationships with each team member. This is a great opportunity for someone to be able to showcase their time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities Include:
*Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior executives within the Business Development department, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
*Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
*Liaise with the Business Development and Operations departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
*Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
*Perform administrative and office support, such as data entry, typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of the filing system and contact database
*Maintain Sales CRM by adhering to workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM and Hive Project Management Tool
*Additional data entry as needed to maintain client and company data
*Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

Requirements:
*2 years experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, preferably in sales.
*Superb written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
*Proficiency in G-Suite and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
*Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
*Ability to keep company confidence.

Additional Information:
*Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST
