Your Role:

Manage and nurture the CEO’s strategic partnerships.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handling email correspondence, prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely communication.
Drafting letters to clients and potential strategic partnerships.
Prepare year-end tax packages and correspondence with clients.

What You Bring:

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the app Apollo.
Proficiency in efficiency and productivity.
High tech-savviness.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and independent work skills.
Confident and proactive approach.
Exceptional client service and communication abilities.
