Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and video editing, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our business social media pages, including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Create, edit, and post engaging content on a regular basis
Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, emails, and calls in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and engagement
Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to senior management as needed
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and video editing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
