Job Description: Executive Assistant for Project Management (Content Review)

Location: Remote

We are a dynamic creative agency committed to delivering high-quality content to our esteemed clientele. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to serve as an executive assistant with a strong focus on project management for our creative manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage Calendar & inbox

Book appointments & schedule services

Create batch tasks

Coordinate with the content team to set timelines and monitor the progress of all content-related projects.
Ensure that all content is prepared, reviewed, and finalized as per the set schedule.

Maintain a detailed project tracker to provide updates on the status of various content pieces.
Communication:

Notify the creative manager promptly when content is ready for review.

Collaborate with the content team to understand any roadblocks or challenges faced in content creation and relay the same to the creative manager.

Schedule and coordinate review meetings, ensuring the creative manager is well-informed about the content pipeline.
Administrative Duties:

Organize, maintain, and update files and records related to content projects.
Assist the creative manager in daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, setting appointments, and handling emails.

Content Review Assistance:

Assist the creative manager during content review sessions, taking notes, and tracking feedback.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure feedback is implemented and revisions are completed in a timely manner.
Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments within the organization to facilitate smooth content creation and review processes.
Act as a liaison between the creative manager and other teams to streamline communication.
Requirements:

MUST be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant role or project management capacity.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
Knowledge of content creation and review processes is a plus.

Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preference given to candidates with experience in creative agencies or content-driven industries.
