Position Summary:
As an Executive Assistant at RISE, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our executives’ daily operations, ensuring their time is optimized, and their schedules are flawlessly managed. The ideal candidate is someone who is proficient in LinkedIn Navigator and CRM, with a proven track record of effective calendar management and the ability to handle complex scheduling requirements. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Navigator Management: Utilize LinkedIn Navigator to manage and expand the executive’s network, including identifying key industry contacts and scheduling networking opportunities.
CRM Expertise: Leverage CRM to streamline communication and marketing efforts, ensuring the executive’s outreach is coordinated and efficient.
Calendar Management: Maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external contacts, managing emails and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Project Support: Assist in managing projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Proficiency in LinkedIn Navigator and CRM is a must.
Exceptional calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive schedules.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
